John Ellis is a director in the Firm’s Tax & Business Services division and the Midwest Food & Beverage Industry leader. He has more than 25 years of experience providing accounting, consulting, planning, and compliance services, including tax and business planning, as well as attest and non-attest services for small to mid-sized companies in public accounting and in-house.

John serves clients in a variety of industries, including food and beverage, dental and medical practice, manufacturing and distribution, and consumer business.

Attentive personal service is crucial to John in his business dealings. His clients value his accessibility and responsiveness, and he works hard to provide a regular flow of new ideas and practical solutions to his clients.

John is active in CYC St. Louis youth sports, where he enjoys coaching and developing youth lacrosse and basketball players.
