Todd Juarez is a director in Marcum’s International Tax Services Group. He provides tax consulting and compliance services to multinationals, private equity funds, high net worth individuals, and closely held businesses. Todd specializes in international tax issues including the structuring of overseas investments, review of foreign information filings, foreign tax credit opportunities, cross border reorganizations, and more. He also trains, mentors, and supervises internal tax teams, researching emergent issues with tax implications and disseminating best practices to colleagues.

Prior to joining Marcum, Todd worked at a regional firm with offices throughout U.S. and at a Big Four accounting firm.
