Jerald is involved in all phases of audit, accounting, and tax work for his clients. His experience with the affordable housing industry includes working with various types of housing and financial assistance programs, including low-income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, tax-exempt bond-financed transactions, Tax Credit Assistance Programs (TCAP) and federal, Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and state agency regulations and compliance requirements. Jerald also provides consulting services to the affordable housing industry, including application support and final cost certification audits.
