About Howard
Howard Chang is a partner in the Tax and Business Services Group and works out of the Firm’s Los Angeles office. He has more than 25 years of experience as a tax professional in public accounting and in industry.
Howard serves clients in technology, media & entertainment, and consumer & industrial products. He has extensive experience advising clients on issues relating to income taxes, tax department processes and technology, and corporate tax matters.
Prior to joining the Firm, Howard led the compliance and provision software implementation project at Amazon and served as the director of tax for Demand Media, Inc. (now known as Leaf Group).
