Bryan Dees is a partner in the Firm’s Tax & Business Services division who focuses his practice on working with larger corporations. He has a wide range of experience in tax compliance and consulting, working closely with clients to proactively plan and navigate legislation.

Bryan works with large corporations, including closely held businesses. His clients include C corporations as well as flow through businesses in a range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, professional services, retail and consumer products, and financial services.

Additionally, he is experienced with income tax provision and compliance services under ASC 740.
