About Angelica

Angelica is a partner in the Assurance Services division of Marcum’s Los Angeles office. She started her career at a Big Four accounting firm as an audit senior manager where she served clients of all sizes, from pre-revenue private entities in the development stage to Fortune 500 publicly traded companies. Throughout her tenure, she has assisted clients with a wide range of services including initial public offerings, debt offerings, Sarbanes-Oxley 404 implementation, business combinations, and compliance audits. In addition to serving as a reviewer in the annual inspection efforts while at her previous firm, Angelica also acted as the lead engagement quality control reviewer (concurring reviewer) for numerous privately held entities.

She works closely with engagement teams, management, and audit committees to identify issues and address concerns in a practical business-minded manner.
