About Yves
Yves Blain is an audit director in the Firm’s New York City office and is a member of the Real Estate group. He has over 15 years of public accounting experience providing assurance and attestation services to clients in various industries but particularly real estate and hospitality. His expertise and focus includes financial statement audits presented in accordance with IFRS, GAAP, tax and fair value, operational agreed-upon procedures, due diligence acquisition and handling various complex real estate tax and accounting matters. Mr. Blain has experience servicing real estate clients, including real estate owners, developers, managers, REITs, institutional investors, real estate investment companies, hotel owner/operators and other real estate related entities.
Prior to joining Marcum, Mr. Blain was an audit manager at a large regional firm in New York City. Mr. Blain is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
