Steve Brodsky is a partner in Marcum’s Real Estate Services group. He brings over 20 years of experience advising clients on tax matters related to the real estate industry. Steve concentrates his practice in the areas of Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) tax compliance and planning; tax consulting; and federal and state tax compliance for real estate partnerships/limited liability companies, REITs, and individuals.

Steve was a practicing attorney for nearly a decade before transitioning to the accounting industry. He joined Marcum in 2022 as part of the Friedman LLP merger, and has experience at regionally and nationally prominent accounting firms, as well as in-house at one of New York’s leading commercial property management and development firms.
