Rosanne Smith is the co-managing partner-in-charge, tax services at the Costa Mesa office of Marcum. Rosanne brings eighteen years of experience providing individual, corporate, and partnership tax compliance, consulting, and planning services in a variety of industries, including real estate, distribution, and manufacturing.

Rosanne works with mid to large-size privately held real estate companies organized as Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies, and S-corporations. Her practice focuses on tax advisory services related to residential, multifamily, and commercial real estate industries, including real estate acquisitions, development, management, leasing, and sales.

As a trusted advisor, Rosanne provides her clients with technical guidance and employs a collaborative approach, combining creativity, responsiveness, and emotional intelligence to understand what the client seeks to accomplish.

Before joining Marcum, Rosanne worked for regional and local accounting firms in the Southern California region.
