Marcum to Merge in LTSP, Inc.
JUNE 1, 2022 (New York City, NY) – Marcum LLP today announced that LTSP, Inc. of Newport Beach, California, has merged into the Firm.
LTSP brings three partners and 19 associates to Marcum and adds a fifth office to Marcum’s California region. LTSP Managing Partner Mark Murphy becomes Marcum’s Newport Beach office managing partner.
Other Marcum California offices currently include Costa Mesa, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and San Jose.
Founded in 1976, LTSP was a full-service certified public accounting firm providing a complete spectrum of customized accounting and advisory services to closely held businesses and high net worth individuals. LTSP was consistently ranked among the top public accounting firms in Orange County.
