Kaitlin DeMartin is a Tax partner in the Firm’s Boston, Massachusetts office. Kaitlin joined Marcum in 2015 and has over 14 years of experience in public accounting. She focuses her practice in privately held businesses and the related ownership and family taxation.

Kaitlin provides a wide range of services including income tax compliance for pass through entities, individuals, and trusts. She also does tax planning with clients to develop proactive tax strategies that are in line with the client’s goals while also mitigating tax and ensuring all levels of tax compliance. She consults on various business and ownership transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, and ownership transition matters. Her clients are in a diverse range of industries including real estate, distributions, cannabis, and retail, as well as high-net-worth individuals.
