Henry Meadows is a senior advisor in the Tax & Business Services Division of the Firm’s Rockville, MD office. He leverages 35 years of experience counseling clients on accounting, tax, business, and financial planning matters. He specializes in tax planning and administration for closely held businesses and their owners.

Henry speaks regularly before industry associations and has presented on a number of business topics involving depreciation, property transfers, retirement plans, and the tax issues facing start-ups. He often speaks on tax topics, offering practical insights into the estate and income tax and 1031 exchanges, among other topics.

Before joining Marcum, Henry was a co-managing partner of SKMB, which merged with Marcum in 2024. Before joining the public accounting field, he served as a revenue agent with the Internal Revenue Service.
