About Bob
Bob Kotonya is a director in the Firm’s New York City office. He has 15 years of tax accounting experience, specializing in the real estate industry. His expertise and focus includes tax accounting, partnership taxation and REIT compliance. Mr. Kotonya has served clients with a broad mix of operations, including family owned real estate businesses, real estate joint ventures, private REITS and Public REITS.
He works closely with his clients to manage tax compliance, research, due diligence and tax planning to ensure efficiency and timely filings.
Prior to joining Marcum, Mr. Kotonya was a director with FTI Consulting Inc., in the Real Estate Solutions Group.
