About Alejandro

Alejandro Sanchez is a seasoned external auditor with more than 15 years of experience in performing audits in accordance with PCAOB and AICPA for medium to large businesses. He has worked with SEC and non-SEC clients to achieve and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, improve internal controls, and reduce financial and operational risk.

Mr. Sanchez is adept at adding value to clients during times of change, which includes but are not limited to mergers and acquisitions, private placement offerings, debt restructuring, and changing legal landscape impacting accounting and auditing practices.

Additionally, Mr. Sanchez has demonstrated leadership skills that guide his engagement teams to the successful achievement of auditing goals and enabling clients to achieve business goals.
Having started his career with more than a decade of experience in the Big Four, Mr. Sanchez also has private industry experience. He oversaw day-to-day operations related to fixed assets accounting for a multi-billion-dollar cruise industry business.

Mr. Sanchez has extensive experience working on multinational engagements with global member firms that require audits under the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
